Our story
Turning nervous learners into confident drivers
Raja Driving School started in 2012 as a small independent school in Manchester. It grew for one reason — students told other students.
Learning to drive is stressful for most people, and a lot of that stress is avoidable. It comes from instructors who sigh when you stall, who fill hours instead of teaching, or who tell you what you want to hear about how ready you are. We built this school as a deliberate answer to that.
Our instructors are chosen as much for temperament as qualification. They are DVSA approved, DBS cleared and experienced, but the thing we screen hardest for is patience — because a calm car is where people actually learn.
